    BGSVSIT Org is a social venture that provides vocational training to underprivileged youth to help them find lasting, dignified jobs. Through various training programs, students are given an opportunity to upskill themselves both in the field of Technical as well as soft skills that are required to land a good job. Our Programs aims to build a practical education system linked directly to the requirements of the industries it serves.
    We mainly focus on: Technical Skills – AI, ML, Data Science, Cloud Computing/AWS, Block chain, Java, Oracle, .Net, Python, Etc., Soft Skills - Leadership Skills, Teamwork, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Work Ethic, Interpersonal Skills including hard skills like MS Office skills. All the above-mentioned training Programs have been developed in consultation with industry experts to meet the market demands. Keeping the current situation of pandemic covid-19, Training sessions are planned online & virtually.

    We provide various soft skills programs that help our youth to develop socially as well as professionally. Since soft skills help in their growth and development of their career, we conduct soft skills workshops on Time Management, Stress Management, Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Conflict Management, Emotional Intelligence and so on.

  • HR & CAREER COUNSELLING

    In order to help our freshers to land a good job, we prepare them to transition from Campus to Corporate, coach them on how to attend interviews and thus provide career counselling. We also support through job postings in whatsapp groups and take help from the existing community members who are already working in the respective companies.

Community Services

  • Creating awareness on Importance of Environment, Ecology, Sustainability and Social Responsibility through various programs like, Afforestation, Roadside Tree plantation, Rain Water Harvesting, Social Forestry, Hygiene Practices, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Women Empowerment programs, Reducing carbon footprints. Promoting Education in Rural areas.
    Restructuring of the Rural Schools by paintings, Tree plantations. CSR initiatives related to the environment Contributions towards environmental sustainability.
